Homepage
- General impression: nice and clean design, cozy colors that fit what I was expecting from a bedding store. Free delivery and a 100-night free trial sound good.
- Exit-intent popup - ask something like 'where should we send the code' (related to the value users are going to get from leaving their email) instead of 'sign me up' (suggesting they will be spammed with emails later)
- Social proof from newspapers - good job
- Navbar - all that's needed is there, nice image previews, but what's 'land of nod'? I'd stick to a regular blog naming and call it 'land of nod' on the blog pages, not in the navbar
- Benefits section has some weird bug (as in the screenshot below) + after expanding one of them I can't see others without closing
- Feefo and Instagram widgets link away from your site - you should keep users on your site until they make a purchase. Do display them but not linked - Casper does it well with their scrollable Instagram feed.
- Newsletter box in the footer - 'Enter your email address to be added to our mailing list.' conveys completely 0 value for the user ;) Convince them why they should sign up - discounts, early access to new products, educational content etc. Also, the submit button is virtually invisible.
Product category pages
- Nice simple pages + concise descriptions explaining which product type is for whom
- I was expecting to see a color change after hovering/clicking on the colors but that's not a big issue
